Float the sealed bag in your tank for 15–20 minutes to equalise temperature, then add small amounts of tank water to the bag every 5 minutes before releasing. Do not pour transit water into your tank — it may carry pathogens or different water chemistry.

If delivery fails and the fish are held at a depot overnight, welfare cannot be guaranteed. Please add safe-place delivery instructions at checkout if you won’t be in.
Yes. All fish are held and observed at our facility for a minimum of 48 hours before dispatch. We will not send fish that show any signs of disease, stress or parasites.
