We use specialist live-fish couriers to ensure your order arrives safely. Here’s everything you need to know.
All live fish and livestock orders are dispatched via next-day specialist courier. Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Thursday dispatch the same day is sometimes possible (please check with us!). We do not dispatch live fish on Fridays, to avoid weekend delays — orders placed Friday–Sunday dispatch on Monday.

You’ll receive a dispatch email with a tracking link when your order leaves us. We strongly recommend being available to receive the delivery — live fish must not be left in a hot vehicle or on a doorstep in summer.
If delivery fails and the parcel is held at a depot overnight, survival of your fish cannot be guaranteed and our Live Arrival Guarantee may not apply. Please provide a safe-place instruction at checkout if you won’t be in.
