2. Orders & Payments
2.1. All orders placed through our Website are subject to availability and acceptance.
2.2. Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
2.3. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using the available payment methods.
2.4. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other reasons.

3. Delivery & Shipping
3.1. We deliver only within the UK.
3.2. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
3.3. Live fish deliveries require someone to be present to receive the order.
3.4. Any issues with delivery must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

4. Live Fish Guarantee & Returns
4.1. We take every precaution to ensure live fish arrive in healthy condition.
4.2. If your fish arrive dead on arrival (DOA), you must contact us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.
4.3. Refunds or replacements for DOA fish are at our discretion.
4.4. Non-live products may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Customer Responsibilities
5.1. You are responsible for ensuring you have the correct tank setup and water conditions for the fish you purchase.
5.2. You must comply with all local laws regarding the ownership and care of fish.

6. Liability & Disclaimers
6.1. We are not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from improper care of fish after delivery.
6.2. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, pricing, or any other content on the Website is error-free.
6.3. If fish are collected via appointment we are no longer responsible for any fish once they leave our premises.

8.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
